This role also requires 5 days per week of work and this will be mainly office based (no hybrid working).
Key Responsibilities:
* Work on the capital works program
* Deal with Procurement
* NOT NEC Experience but instead JCT solely
* Cost estimations
* Work on the procurement pipeline.
* Draft written reports, setting out the processes in place, conclusions, solutions and recommendations
* Helping the depot with the repairs and voids
It would be helpful to have Public Sector experience, this role could involve dealing with the likes of major projects like £16m project for kitchens and bathrooms and £8m pound projects on windows and doors. This is solely a residential portfolio
