Passive Fire Estimator - Nottingham

Are you an Estimator looking to move into a specialist, high-growth market? Whether you've worked in passive fire or come from construction or M&E estimating, this is a chance to step into a role with real long-term demand and progression.

• Salary circa £35,000 DOE
• 22 days annual leave, rising to 30 with service + BH

You’ll be responsible for pricing and winning work across:

• Fire Doors
• Fire Dampers
• Fire Stopping
• Smoke Control

• Prepare accurate, competitive estimates and tenders
• Review drawings, site reports, and specifications
• Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors for pricing
• Support bid submissions and client proposals
• Work closely with operations for project handover

• Estimating experience (construction, M&E, or passive fire)
• Strong commercial awareness and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple tenders and deadlines
• Good communication skills
• Passive fire experience is ideal—but not essential.
