TRIbuild Solutions Limited is seeking an experienced Commercial Manager / Quantity Surveyor to oversee commercial activities on key projects. The ideal candidate will manage project costs, procure subcontractor packages, and prepare financial reports.
Candidates should have proven experience in quantity surveying or commercial management, preferably with commercial fit-out experience and a strong understanding of JCT contracts. Excellent negotiation skills are essential for managing both client and subcontractor relationships.
