We have an exciting opportunity for a Site Manager to join our growing Refurbishment team in Nottingham.

Working as part of a dynamic partnership team and reporting to the Projects Manager, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality refurbishment works while ensuring excellent customer satisfaction, particularly within occupied homes.

Responsibilities
  • Manage refurbishment programmes within the social housing sector, planning and coordinating works from start to finish.
  • Identify key information to develop effective programmes, including methods, phasing and timelines, ensuring delivery remains on track.
  • Take ownership of site operations, maintaining accurate records, monitoring progress and ensuring the right labour, materials and resources are in place to meet contractual requirements.
  • Work closely with residents, colleagues and the supply chain to deliver works safely, efficiently and to a high standard.
  • Proactively manage subcontractors and ensure all health, safety and environmental compliance requirements are met.
  • Ensure site works are delivered to the highest standards, maintaining excellent residential experience.
Qualifications
  • Experience as a Site Manager with a strong track record in planned maintenance and refurbishment.
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills, with a strong focus on customer service.
  • Confidence in using IT systems relevant to construction management.
  • Proactive approach to health, safety and environmental standards.
  • Ability to effectively manage subcontractors and ensure compliance with all processes and requirements.
  • Confident, self‑motivated and proud of delivering work to the highest standards.
