Site Manager - 2 Day Cover (Nottingham)
Nottingham - NG21
We are currently looking for an experienced Site Manager to provide short-term cover on a live project in Nottingham.
Dates required: 22nd - 23rd June (2 days)
Duration: Temporary cover Rate: Competitive / negotiable (DOE)
- Oversee day-to-day site operations on a live construction site
- Ensure health & safety compliance is maintained at all times
- Manage subcontractors and coordinate site activities
- Ensure works are delivered in line with programme and quality standards
- Carry out inductions, toolbox talks, and site reporting
- Act as main point of contact for client and site teams during cover period
- Proven experience as a Site Manager on construction projects
- Valid SMSTS (or equivalent)
- CSCS card (Black or Gold preferred)
- First Aid at Work (preferred)
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Able to hit the ground running with minimal supervision
