Beach Baker is searching for an Estate Quantity Surveyor to join its in-house Building Consultancy Team in the United Kingdom. This role involves managing both client-side and contractor-side responsibilities across a diverse range of maintenance and construction projects worth up to £300k.
The ideal candidate will have a degree in Quantity Surveying, at least 5 years of experience, and a strong understanding of cost management and building regulations. An excellent benefits package is on offer, which includes enhanced pension, healthcare, and 26 days of holiday.
