Permanent Full Time (40 hours per week ) An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our expanding Refurbishment business based in Nottingham . Working closely with and reporting to the Managing Quantity Surveyor, you will deliver a wide range of multi-scope projects being involved in all stages of project delivery offering you strong opportunities for development.

Your responsibilities will include ensuring projects are delivered to target margins, managing contractual processes, issuing notices, m aintaining a ccurate records, and preparing and negotiating interim valuations and final accounts. You will take ownership of the variation account, conduct site visits to m onitor subcontractor activity and support payment processes, and work collaboratively with site teams and clients to drive successful outcomes.

Building and m aintaining strong working relationships with customers, consultants, subcontractors, and colleagues across the Regeneration division will be central to your success. We are looking for a Quantity Surveyor w ho ideally hold a relevant formal qualification, with proven quantity surveying experience within the construction sector and familiarity with NHF SOR. You will be client-focused, with strong decision-making abilities and excellent communication skills.

The ability to manage competing priorities and work effectively to tight deadlines is essential. To succeed in this role, you will bring strong numeracy, literacy and IT skills, along with a collaborative approach and the confidence to contribute within a high-performing team. A full Driving Licence is also essential.
