MCR Property Group is seeking a Construction Project Director to lead large-scale office refurbishment projects in the Swindon area. This senior, site-focused role offers full ownership of delivery from pre-construction through to handover.
You will manage timelines, budgets, and multi-disciplinary teams, oversee design from RIBA Stage 3 to Stage 6, and ensure safety, quality and regulatory compliance while reporting to the Construction Director.
