Randstad Construction & Property is seeking an experienced Project Manager with a Water or Heavy Civils background for a Water Framework project in Surrey. This is a long‑term, site‑based role expected to last 18–24 months, paid LTD (IR35 dependent). Driving license is required due to location.
Responsibilities include earthworks, deep drainage and utilities, installation of RC structures and tanks, and oversight of subcontractors across multiple trades on a water framework contract.
