• Managing costs across residential new build developments
• Procurement and management of subcontractors
• Preparing valuations, variations, and final accounts
• Working closely with operational and technical teams
• Ensuring projects are delivered within budget and programme

• Previous experience working as a Quantity Surveyor within the new build housing sector
• Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills
• Ability to manage multiple developments simultaneously
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
