Freelance Building Surveyor School Condition Surveys
Location: Nottingham (site-based with home working)
Rate: £350 per day (all-inclusive)
Contract: Freelance | Outside IR35

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Freelance Building Surveyor to support a programme of condition surveys across a portfolio of schools in the Nottingham area.

This is an excellent opportunity to join an established project delivering condition surveys on education assets, with a combination of site inspections and home-based report writing.

The Role You will be responsible for carrying out condition surveys of school buildings, recording defects and asset information using Ky Kloud , before completing and finalising written condition reports from home.

The role offers a good balance of site work and remote working, however surveyors must be comfortable producing high-quality written reports, as report completion forms a key part of the assignment.

Responsibilities
