Are you an experienced Estimator looking to join a market-leading principal contractor delivering complex demolition, earthworks and civil engineering projects across some of the UK's most challenging sectors?

Our client is a highly respected contractor with a strong reputation for safely delivering large-scale demolition, remediation and enabling works projects nationwide. Due to continued growth and a healthy pipeline of secured work, they are looking to appoint an Estimator to strengthen their pre-construction team.

Location:

Nottinghamshire / East Midlands

Salary: £50,000 - £70,000 (DOE) + package

Key Responsibilities

Prepare detailed cost estimates and tender submissions
Review tender documentation, specifications and drawings
Obtain and analyse subcontractor and supplier quotations
Undertake site visits and risk assessments
Develop pricing strategies and value engineering solutions
Liaise with operational, commercial and bid teams
Support negotiations and client presentations where required
Maintain accurate estimating records and cost databases
What We're Looking For

Proven estimating experience within demolition or civil engineering (3+ years).
Strong commercial awareness and analytical skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Proficiency with estimating software and Microsoft Office packages
