As the new HVAC Project Manager you'll be overseeing a portfolio of large scale tier 1 commercial HVAC contracts, from pre-construction to handover Projects will range in scale from £500K to £5M in value This will be a field based role mainly going out to sites across London, using the travel card provided by the company Managing site teams, HVAC subcontractors, suppliers and timelines Ensuring HVAC compliance with health & safety, quality and documentation Liaising with clients and stakeholders across all HVAC project phases The new HVAC PM will also enjoy the following benefits:
