You’ll play a key role within the commercial team, supporting senior leadership while taking responsibility for:

• Managing project financial performance, including forecasting and reporting
• Preparing and submitting client applications for payment
• Leading change control processes and agreeing variations
• Managing subcontractor procurement, performance, and payments
• Reviewing contracts (NEC) and advising on commercial risk and compliance

• Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor within construction, consultancy, or design environments
• Strong working knowledge of NEC contracts
• Experience in subcontractor procurement and commercial management
• Ability to manage change, risk, and financial reporting across projects
