Site Manager - Nottingham - 2 Days
Approach Personnel are currently recruiting for a Site Manager for short term holiday cover in Nottingham on Thursday the 27th & Friday the 28th of August.
Project Details- Duration: 2 Days
- Scope:
Short-term cover on a new build housing site. - Environment:
Live site, working at height and within confined spaces.
- Valid SMSTS
- CSCS Card
- First Aid at Work
- Proven experience managing similar new build housing projects (desirable)
- Strong health & safety awareness.
- Overseeing day-to-day site operations
- Managing subcontractors and ensuring works are delivered to programme
- Maintaining high standards of H&S compliance
- Coordinating works in roof spaces and void areas
- Reporting progress to the project team
This is a great opportunity for a Site Manager with relevant experience looking for a short term contract.
