A respected, multi-disciplinary construction consultancy is seeking an ambitious Quantity Surveyor to join its growing team in the Midlands. This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded professional to work on a diverse portfolio of projects across a range of sectors, including residential, commercial, healthcare, education, industrial and mixed-use developments.

The successful candidate will join an established team delivering high-quality cost consultancy services from project inception through to completion, working closely with clients, contractors and project stakeholders.

Your new role
The Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for:

• Preparing cost plans and estimates at all project stages
• Producing tender documentation and managing procurement processes
• Evaluating tenders and providing recommendations to clients
• Contract administration and project cost management
• Valuations, variations and final account negotiations
• Preparing financial reports and cash flow forecasts
• Supporting clients with budget control and commercial advice
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships

What you'll need to succeed
The ideal candidate will possess:
