The Role As Senior Quantity Surveyor, you'll take full commercial responsibility for a portfolio of residential developments across the region.
You'll play a key role in ensuring projects are delivered efficiently, profitably and to the highest standards, while building strong relationships with subcontractors and internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities Managing all commercial aspects of multiple housing developments
Procurement and management of subcontractor packages
Cost reporting, forecasting and budget control
Valuations, payments and final account negotiations
Identifying commercial risks and opportunities
Supporting operational teams to maximise project performance
Ensuring compliance with contractual obligations and company procedures
Contributing to strategic commercial decision-making across the region
About You We're keen to speak with commercially astute Quantity Surveyors who have experience within the residential development or house building sector.
You'll likely have:
Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor or Senior Quantity Surveyor Strong understanding of house building and residential construction
Excellent commercial awareness and negotiation skills
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Strong communication and stakeholder management abilitiesA proactive approach with a focus on delivering results
