CBRE Global Workplace Solutions is a leading global facilities management company, and we're looking for a Project Manager to join our team in [Nottingham].
What You’ll Be Doing- Managing multiple small to large scale projects end to end
- Surveying sites, scoping works, and producing accurate quotations
- Planning programmes, leading site meetings, and driving delivery
- Coordinating subcontractors and suppliers to achieve consistent quality
- Reviewing RAMS and championing health & safety excellence
- Managing costs, variations, risks, and reporting to clients
- Building strong, long‑term relationships with clients and supply partners
- Proven experience in a Project Management role within delivering small or extra works
- Strong knowledge of construction health & safety legislation
- Confident managing subcontractors, costs, and programmes
- Commercially aware and detail‑focused
- Professional, customer‑focused, and a clear communicator
- Comfortable using MS Project
- CSCS and SMSTS (or equivalent)
- IOSH Managing Safely
- Asbestos Awareness (UKATA)
- NEBOSH General or Construction Certificate
- Varied projects with real ownership and responsibility
- A strong focus on quality, safety, and professional delivery
