Dacorum Borough Council is seeking a Lead Surveyor - Resident Safety in Hemel Hempstead to guide a specialist team focused on building safety and compliance. You will lead disrepair surveyors, manage projects with contractors, and drive a zero-tolerance approach to safe communal areas.
You will work with Housing and Asset Management teams to ensure safety standards, deliver targets, and manage resources within budget; a driving licence and DBS check are required for the role.
