Linsco is recruiting a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join the commercial team in Nottingham. This role focuses on commercial management of high-volume residential developments, cost control, budgeting and subcontractor procurement to maximise profitability and ensure stage-by-stage delivery.
You will report to the Commercial Director and collaborate with Contracts and Site Managers to drive savings, manage budgets and deliver projects on time.
