This is an excellent opportunity for a Building Surveyor looking to develop their career within a highly regarded multidisciplinary environment. Your new role
Working as part of an experienced Building Surveying team, you will deliver a varied mix of professional and project-based work, including:

• Condition surveys, building inspections and defect diagnosis
• Refurbishment, maintenance and capital improvement projects
• Preparing specifications, schedules of work and tender documentation
• Contract administration using JCT and NEC forms of contract
• Project planning, programming and budget management
• Site inspections and progress reviews
• Producing technical reports and recommendations
