Creative Design Manager - Lead Brand, Digital & Visual Storytelling

We’re seeking a Creative Design Manager to shape and elevate the Inspired Villages brand across digital, print, video, photography, and social media channels. This role brings our brand positioning to life, delivering high-quality, sector‑leading creative that supports both internal and external communications.

The Role
  • Supervising and developing the creative design team to deliver a dynamic, high‑quality range of creative outputs that enhance the Inspired Villages brand nationally and locally
  • Leading and championing the brand vision, ensuring all creative work consistently adheres to brand guidelines
  • Remaining hands‑on with design, editing, and creative production to ensure projects are delivered on time and to a high standard
  • Attending internal briefings to capture campaign objectives, creative requirements, and stakeholder feedback
  • Managing a roster of photographers and videographers, ensuring all outputs are on‑brand and aligned with creative direction
  • Collaborating closely with marketing colleagues and wider business teams to deliver integrated campaigns and initiatives
  • Keeping up to date with emerging design trends, tools, and cultural insights, sharing ideas to inspire innovation and new creative approaches
  • Supporting post‑campaign activity to help the Sales team secure ongoing and repeat business
  • Providing flexible support across additional marketing and creative projects as required
Key Requirements
  • Proven experience working within a high‑quality creative agency or an in‑house studio environment
  • Strong ability to interpret, apply, and champion strict brand guidelines across both internal and external corporate communications, while confidently using initiative to propose fresh ideas and creative solutions
  • Excellent understanding of typography, branding, colour theory, and layout design, with exceptional attention to detail across both digital and print outputs
  • Advanced, hands‑on experience using the Adobe Creative Suite
  • Demonstrated experience delivering creative work across digital design, print, videography, and photography
