Our fab friends over at Impression are looking for a Multimedia Designer who lives and breathes ideas to join their growing team. This is a hands‑on, creative role combining design, social content, concept development, and video, bringing brands to life across digital channels.

This role is a new addition to the team, and by bringing this creative skill set in-house the agency will be able to offer higher quality creative solutions at the drop of a hat to new and existing clients. If you love turning ideas into eye‑catching visuals, motion content, and scroll‑stopping campaigns, you’ll feel right at home.
What You’ll Do:Create & Concept
- Dream up original, on‑brand content ideas rooted in strategy and audience insight
- Turn concepts into polished visual and multimedia content
- Collaborate with creative, marketing and strategy teams on campaign ideas
Design for Digital
- Design high-quality graphics for social, websites, email and digital ads
- Create platform‑ready content for Instagram, Tik Tok, You Tube, Linked In and more
- Keep brand visuals consistent, sharp and on point
- Build templates and visual systems for scalable content
Video & Motion
- Plan, shoot and edit short‑form video, reels, stories and promo content
- Handle basic lighting, framing and audio for shoots
- Edit with pace, storytelling and captions in mind
- Add motion graphics, text overlays and light animation when needed
Proven experience in content creation, graphic design or social media production. Confidence using tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Premiere Pro, Final Cut or After Effects. Stand out skills in videography and photography, too. It goes without saying that you will have great attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple projects at one time and work seamlessly with the PR and social teams to deliver clients' creative dreams.
