Senior UI​/UX Designer

Job Summary:

A UI Designer is responsible for creating visually appealing and user-friendly digital interfaces. This role involves collaborating with UX designers, product managers, and developers to ensure a seamless user experience. The Senior UI Designer will also mentor junior designers and contribute to the overall design strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design of user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs to illustrate design concepts.
• Collaborate with UX designers to ensure cohesive and intuitive user experiences.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and improve designs.
• Create and maintain design documentation, including style guides and design specifications.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve design processes.
• Mentor and provide guidance to junior UI designers.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Over 6 years of experience as a UI Designer or in a similar role.
• Strong portfolio showcasing design projects and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Analytical mindset with a strong understanding of user-centered design principles.
• Experience with responsive and mobile-first design.
• Familiarity with design systems and component libraries.
