Graphic Designer

Overview

Games Workshop invites applications for a Graphic Designer on Black Library’s Art and Design team to create high‑quality Black Library products that accurately represent Games Workshop’s intellectual property.

• Continuously develop exceptional quality commercial book designs for the main range hardback, special editions, and more.
• Conduct thorough research and development to ensure the integrity of the IP and branding guidelines in all design work.
• Balance creativity with productivity, delivering work on time and within cost targets.
• Collaborate effectively with creative team peers, management, and external stakeholders, making amendments to maintain high quality standards.
• Foster essential working relationships both internal and external to the Black Library Studio.

• Strong knowledge and experience with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator).
• Proven understanding of working within the print medium.
• Highly organised, collaborative, and adaptable.
• Endlessly creative and passionate about the Games Workshop IP.

33 days holiday per year (including public holidays); matching contributory pension scheme up to 7.5%; profit share bonus (subject to GW meeting profit targets); option to join the Share Save scheme; staff discount between 25% and 50% on Games Workshop products.
