Up to 28k DOE + 2k Full Time Permanent

A well-established business on the edge of Nottinghamshire is looking for 2 customer-focused Service Advisors to join a friendly and fast-paced aftersales team at a busy service reception.

In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for service customers whether face-to-face or over the phone, managing everything from bookings to handovers, while ensuring a smooth and professional experience at every step.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries in person, by phone, and via email
• Book servicing and repairs
• Liaise with staff across the business and keep customers informed throughout the process
• Prepare invoices and process customer payments
• Promote relevant services or accessories where appropriate

Ideal Candidate

• Experience in a customer service or advisory role
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Proficient in using computer systems for bookings and administration
• Friendly, professional, and a great team player
• An interest in the leisure or motor industry is a plus, but not essential
