Nationwide is seeking a Customer Service Consultant (Personal Banking) to be the first point of contact for inbound customer inquiries about new products. This role involves supporting customers during phone calls and maximizing service knowledge to help them access a wide range of Nationwide services.
Working hours are 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with some Saturdays required. The training period is fully onsite for the first four weeks, with hybrid working options available thereafter.
