Credit Controller - Italian Speaking

Salary: From £25,000 per year depending on experience

Hours: Monday to Friday, 36.25 hours per week (between 8am and 4pm)

Working style: Hybrid – 3 days per week on site

Location: Calverton, Nottingham

VF Corporation is looking for a team player who is keen to use their Italian language skills to join our European Credit Team in Calverton, Nottinghamshire.

The role of a Credit Controller is to talk to our customers and help them keep on top of their business accounts, payments and orders for VF brand's products. You will work alongside a team and interact with customers across Europe.

• Communicating with customers over the phone, Zoom/Teams and by email to discuss payments, credit terms, and to resolve queries, utilizing your Italian communication skills
• Help customers make the right payments at the right time so their VF account stays up to date
• Help solve queries and problems for customers so they are happy to place more orders, while acting quickly and effectively to prevent issues
• Work with and build relationships internally with Sales, Customer Service, Supply Chain and other teams across VF Corporation to ensure a coordinated approach
• Maintain accurate records using VF IT systems and databases, keeping information accurate and organized

• Fluent in Italian and English, able to communicate in both languages (speaking and writing)
• Problem solver who investigates matters and finds solutions
• Ability to work with numbers and maintain accuracy and attention to detail
• Proficiency in Excel is helpful; training and development are available
