Credit Controller - Italian Speaking
Salary:
From £25,000 per year depending on experience
Hours:
Monday to Friday, 36.25 hours per week (between 8am and 4pm)
Working style:
Hybrid – 3 days per week on site
Location:
Calverton, Nottingham
- Communicating with customers over the phone, Zoom/Teams and by email to discuss payments, credit terms, and to resolve any queries, utilizing your Italian communication skills.
- Helping customers to make the right payments at the right time so that their account with VF stays up to date.
- Solving queries and problems for customers, ensuring they remain satisfied and continue ordering responsibly.
- Working with internal teams across VF Corporation including Sales, Customer Service, and Supply Chain to ensure smooth operations.
- Maintaining accurate records using VF’s IT systems and databases.
- Fluent in Italian and English, able to communicate effectively in both speaking and writing.
- Problem solving abilities, investigative mindset.
- Strong attention to detail with ability to work with numbers, facts and figures.
- Proficiency in Excel or willingness to develop this skill.
