This is an ideal opportunity for someone at the early stages of their career who enjoys organisation, problem solving and working with digital systems.
As a Trainee Project Coordinator (Document Controller), you will support the smooth running of projects by ensuring critical information is accurate, accessible and well managed. You will gain exposure to industry‑leading tools, processes and projects while building a strong foundation for a long‑term career in construction and project coordination.
What you'll be doing- Supporting project teams to manage and organise key documentation
- Downloading and managing NCRs (Non‑Conformance Reports) and QARs (Quality Assurance Records)
- Collating and uploading records to central systems in line with agreed standards
- Creating clear, well‑structured document packs for project records
- Uploading information to platforms such as Asite, BIM XTRA and Novade
- Helping ensure all project documentation is accurate, complete and easy to access
You’ll work closely with experienced coordinators and learn how information underpins quality, safety and successful delivery.
What we're looking for- A strong eye for detail and pride in producing accurate work
- Good IT skills and confidence working with systems and data
- An organised approach with the ability to manage multiple tasks
- Clear communication skills and a collaborative mindset
- A willingness to learn and develop within a fast‑moving environment
Experience in construction or document control would be helpful, but is not essential. We’re equally interested in potential, curiosity and a proactive attitude.
