We are looking for an enthusiastic and highly motivated Customer Service Specialist to work within our Lettings Department in Annesley
. As a Customer Service Specialist, you will provide tenancy support services to branches, landlords and tenants.

• Act as a central point of contact managing the effective resolution of queries from branches and staff
• Dealing promptly and courteously to communication with our internal partners
