United Parcel Service of America, Inc. is seeking a Nottingham-based customer service associate to deliver a one-to-one experience for UPS Preferred accounts.
You will analyze and resolve issues, manage tracing and claims inquiries, and own customer situations through resolution with proactive follow-ups. Based in our Nottingham office, you will handle inquiries by phone and email, continue updates, and work within a 37.5-hour weekly rota between 8 a.m.
