Job Overview

We are looking for a Customer Service Specialist for KDB – KONE Doors Business in the Nottingham area. The role involves providing high‑level, professional service across customer, sales, and technical teams, requiring strong planning, detail orientation, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

• Provide support to customers, the sales team, Service Managers, and technicians.
• Handle customer queries, quotes, invoices, complaints, KONE Online issues, and maintenance or repair schedules.
• Accept and register fault reports via telephone or e‑mail; dispatch automatic door fault reports to the appropriate service technician.
• Manage daily planning, guidance, and communication with technicians and KONE customers.
• Collaborate with Service Technicians, Field Managers, and customers to track assignment progress.
• Identify and suggest process improvements to enhance quality and efficiency.

• Customer‑friendly attitude with excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
• Independence, proactive problem‑solving, and perseverance.
• Preferably experience in a customer‑service environment.
• Must be located in the Nottingham area.
• Quick learner who can follow and execute instructions.
• A strong interest in planning, organizing, and rapid customer interaction.
• Detail orientated and enthusiastic.
• Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and SAP.
