Brackenberry is assisting a Local Authority in Waltham Forest to appoint a Housing Complaints and Enquiries Officer on a 3-month contract, highly likely to be extended at client discretion. Please apply with your CV for immediate consideration.
Rate of Pay: £24.12 - £31.83 per Hour. You will manage Stage 1 Housing Management and Assets complaints, work with contractors and internal teams to resolve issues, and ensure residents receive timely, fair, and customer-focused outcomes.
