Administrator, Office Administrator​/ Coordinator, Customer Service​/HelpDesk

This is a varied role that supports the day to day operation of our Clients business, working closely with colleagues, customers and suppliers to ensure everything runs efficiently. This is an fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys organisation, problem solving and delivering outstanding customer service within a supportive and ambitious business. Key duties will include:

• Carrying out regular data cleansing to maintain accurate customer information.
• Supporting operational projects and continuous business improvements.
• Assisting the Account Management team with customer quotations and associated administration.
• Liaising with suppliers to resolve operational queries and progress customer requests.
• Maintaining and updating the customer portal.
• Monitoring shared email inboxes and responding to customer enquiries.
• Producing and maintaining spreadsheets and operational reports.
• Supporting the wider team with general operational and administrative duties.
