Vertu SEAT/CUPRA Darlington is offering a Service Advisor role within our well established dealership network. A £32,000 basic salary, with company benefits and NO WEEKEND WORKING, awaits the right candidate who can balance customer service with workshop coordination.
You will be the bridge between customers and the workshop, set expectations, upsell products, and follow up to ensure satisfaction. Previous customer-facing service experience is essential, and a friendly, target-driven attitude
