Customer Service Advisor - German Speaking

Are you an experienced German Speaking Customer Service Advisor who enjoys building customer relationships, solving problems and supporting customers from initial enquiry through to order fulfilment? We're recruiting a German Speaking Customer Service Advisor to join a successful global manufacturing business based in Nottingham. You'll primarily support customers across Germany, as well as some UK customers, working closely with sales, manufacturing and other internal teams.

This is a varied B2B customer service role covering quotations, order processing, customer queries and coordinating orders through to delivery. What's on Offer c £32,000 salary Annual bonus of up to 5% Monday to Friday working 50/50 hybrid working (Tuesday and Wednesday are office-based days) Opportunity to join an established global manufacturing business

The Role As German Speaking Customer Service Advisor , your responsibilities will include:
Supporting German-speaking customers with enquiries and new orders Preparing and issuing customer quotations Following up quotations and supporting opportunities for business growth Processing customer orders and maintaining accurate information within SAP Carrying out contract reviews to ensure customer requirements are understood and met Providing customers with product and order information Building strong relationships with internal teams to support on-time order fulfilment Processing customer returns Working with Finance to resolve credit and invoice queries Maintaining accurate customer information across ERP and CRM systems What We're Looking For You'll need a high level of spoken and written German , as some customers communicate exclusively in German.

Ideally, you'll also have:
At least 2 years' B2B customer service, sales support or order management experience Experience working within a manufacturing environment Strong customer service and problem-solving skills Experience using ERP and CRM systems , ideally SAP and Salesforce Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English and German) The ability to build effective relationships across different departments

Experience with in a regulated manufacturing sector , such as aerospace or medical, would be particularly advantageous.
