We're offering a £30,000 basic salary pro rata

This is a part-time position working:

• Wednesday: 8:00am - 6:00pm
• Thursday: 8:00am - 6:00pm
• Friday: 8:00am - 5:30pm

This schedule offers an excellent balance between a rewarding career and your personal commitments.

As a Service Advisor, you'll be at the heart of the customer journey, acting as the key link between our customers and workshop team. No two days are the same, and you'll play a vital role in ensuring every customer receives friendly, professional, and knowledgeable service.

As the first point of contact for customers visiting our aftersales department, you'll be responsible for delivering a seamless and positive experience throughout their vehicle service or repair journey.

You'll manage customer expectations, keep them informed throughout the process, and build lasting relationships that encourage long-term loyalty and satisfaction.

Key responsibilities include:

• Welcoming customers and delivering exceptional customer service
• Booking vehicles in for service, maintenance, and repair work
• Keeping customers updated throughout their vehicle's time in the workshop
• Liaising with technicians and workshop colleagues
• Explaining work completed and associated costs clearly and professionally
• Identifying and recommending additional products and services where appropriate
• Managing customer queries and resolving issues effectively
• Following up with customers to ensure complete satisfaction

We're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys working with people and takes pride in delivering an excellent customer experience.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Previous customer-facing experience, which is essential
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• A strong customer service focus
• The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organisational and time-management skills
• A professional and positive attitude
• Previous Service Advisor experience would be advantageous but is not essential
