Group Travel Consultant

Antella Travel Recruitment is delighted to be working exclusively with our client, a boutique travel specialist based in Gloucestershire, who are looking for a Group Travel Executive to join their small and friendly team. This is a varied role working with group travel, where you will manage reservations from enquiry through to confirmation and ensure all arrangements are delivered smoothly for clients travelling across Europe, the UK and Ireland.

Key Responsibilities Handle group reservations by telephone and email Process bookings using the reservations system and relevant supplier platforms Manage the administration of bookings from initial enquiry through to completion Arrange ground services for groups travelling across Europe, the UK and Ireland Prepare costs and quotations for travel agents and clients Produce booking confirmations, invoices, tickets, itineraries, travel dossiers and amendments Maintain excellent communication with clients and travel partners throughout the booking process About You Previous experience within Travel & Tourism, ideally with group travel Excellent telephone manner and written and spoken English Strong attention to detail and good numeracy skills Excellent organisation and the ability to manage multiple bookings Strong customer service and relationship-building skills Confident communication and negotiation skills A proactive and positive approach, with the ability to work well as part of a small team If you have experience in group travel and enjoy working closely with clients and travel partners to create seamless travel arrangements, we would love to hear from you.
