Circa £55, for 2-3 days

Part time Performer dentist required for 2-3 days for a busy, mixed, well established INDEPENDENTLY OWNED practice near Cossall, Nottingham.

• UDAs up to £14 per UDA depending on experience and skillset
• 50% split on Private and Labs
• Hours 9am-5pm
• 4 Fully computerised surgeries
• Digital x-rays, Rotary Endo, Intra oral cameras, I-tero Scanner
• Treatment Coordinator on site
• Principal working on site
• Full support team including 2 hygienist/therapists
• Existing, well maintained list
• 30 minutes from Nottingham and Derby
• Available from now, start date negotiable

• UK Blood test report showing Hep B Immunisation and Titre levels, Hep C, HIV and TB results dated within last 5 years

• Enhanced DBS (within the last 12-36 months)
• Clinical references covering places of employment over past 2 years (minimum 2 referees)
• Degree certificate
• CPR/AED/Medical Emergencies certificate dated within the last 12 months
• IRMER
