Part time | Mixed NHS & Private | Digital & Cosmetic Growth Focus

Flame Health Dentalis working in partnership with a well-established, modern mixed dental practice in Nottinghamshire to recruit an Associate Dentist for a part‑time position (Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays, with potential Saturdays).

This busy practice provides comprehensive dental care to both NHS and private patients of all ages, offering a full spectrum of general, restorative and cosmetic treatments in a comfortable, well‑equipped setting. With a strong NHS foundation and growing private demand, the role offers excellent long‑term development potential — particularly in cosmetic and digitally led dentistry.

The practice is committed to delivering high standards of clinical care, preventative dentistry and patient education. Its philosophy centres on promoting excellent oral health from childhood through adulthood, encouraging preventative care to minimise future treatment needs. Patients benefit from a broad range of services, from routine examinations and hygiene appointments to advanced cosmetic treatments such as whitening, veneers and smile enhancement.

The successful candidate will:

• Deliver high-quality NHS dentistry while developing private treatments

There is scope to develop across:

• General and restorative dentistry
• Cosmetic treatments including composite bonding
• Crowns and onlays
• Clear aligner therapy
• Facial aesthetics (where trained)
• Implant dentistry (where appropriately trained)

• UDA rate from £12.50
• Competitive private income via sliding scale (experience‑dependent)
