They are on the lookout for a Job Running Architectural Technologist to lead on a variety of projects for their team in Nottingham.

Duties for the role of Job Runner include:

• Manage and deliver a range of projects from inception through to completion
• Prepare and submit building regulations and planning applications
• Carry out site visits to ensure high quality and compliance is achieved
• Liaise with clients, consultants, and other external and internal team members

Skills and experience for the role of Job Runner include:

• Degree within Architectural Technology
• Strong post qualification experience in a relevant role within a UK practice
• Revit and AutoCAD proficiency
• Job running experience is essential
• Experience managing projects across a range of sectors
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Full UK Driver's License
