Architectural Technologist

You will be joining an award-winning, RIBA Chartered practice with over 100 years of history and a presence across five offices. The practice has built an exceptional reputation for delivering creative design solutions and high-quality execution across master planning, architecture, and interiors. Due to continued growth and an increase in workload, the practice is seeking an experienced Architectural Technologist to join its retail fit-out team in a senior capacity.

Key Responsibilities Lead and attend client meetings, providing technical input and project updates Produce detailed technical drawing packages using AutoCAD Advise on and ensure compliance with current UK Building Regulations Prepare comprehensive scopes of work and technical documentation Conduct site visits nationwide to monitor progress and quality Coordinate and manage subcontractors and specialist consultants Support project delivery from concept through to completion Requirements Minimum of 6 years' experience in an Architectural Technologist role Strong proficiency in AutoCAD Excellent working knowledge of UK Building Regulations Proven experience delivering technical drawing packages Full UK driving licence (regular travel required) Previous experience in the retail fit-out sector (desirable) Strong organisational and communication skills What's on Offer Competitive salary package Generous holiday allowance (29 days  bank holidays) Company phone and laptop Pension scheme Paid professional accreditations (e.g. RIBA, CIAT) Hybrid working (up to 2 days WFH, subject to agreement) Flexible working hours (subject to agreement) Private healthcare (at Associate level) Next Steps If you're interested in this opportunity, please apply with your up-to-date CV.
