Arc Partnership is a joint venture between Nottinghamshire County Council (NCC) and SCAPE, supporting the council in creating an efficient, safe, and sustainable land and property portfolio.

• Lead independent projects, delivering architectural designs that protect the client’s brief.
• Liaise with colleagues across RIBA stages to incorporate new information into designs.
• Produce designs in 2D/3D using Autodesk Revit and other visualisation / photo editing software.
• Manage varying workload and challenging deadlines.

• Experience in RIBA stages 2 to 4/5; wider experience across all stages is advantageous.
• Degree in Architecture and a significant portfolio of projects.
• Highly proficient in Autodesk Revit for collaborative 3D design and 2D production.
• Post‑qualification evidence of CPD / RIBA core curriculum topics.
• Technical design experience as part of a design team.
• Stakeholder management, excellent communication and planning / prioritisation skills.
• Knowledge of current and emerging technical design, construction, environmental issues and statutory responsibilities.
• Knowledge of public‑sector design is a bonus.
