A well-established architectural practice is seeking a Senior Architect to join their Nottingham team. The practice delivers a wide variety of projects across multiple sectors, offering the opportunity to take a leading role in the design, coordination, and delivery of projects from concept through to completion.

• Lead the delivery of projects across a wide variety of sectors through all RIBA stages
• Manage projects from concept through to completion, ensuring quality, programme, and budget objectives are achieved
• Produce and coordinate planning, tender, and construction information
• Prepare project specifications and Scope of Works documentation
• Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors, and local authorities throughout project delivery
• Ensure compliance with UK Building Regulations, planning requirements, and industry standards
• Attend and lead client, design team, and site meetings
• Support and mentor junior members of the architectural team

• Qualified Architect (ARB registered) with proven experience delivering projects within a UK practice
• Strong knowledge of UK Building Regulations, planning processes, and construction detailing
• Experience preparing specifications and Scope of Works documentation
• Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD
• Strong project management, coordination, and client-facing skills
• Excellent organisational and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple projects
• Experience delivering projects across a wide variety of sectors
