Landscape Architect Vacancy – Stamford / Nottingham
Urban Edge is seeking a talented and motivated Landscape Architect to join our growing, employee‑owned multidisciplinary practice, with flexible working between our Stamford and Nottingham city‑centre offices.
This is an exciting opportunity to work on a diverse portfolio of residential, commercial, and public realm projects, contributing to the creation of high-quality, sustainable places. You’ll play a key role in both project delivery and the continued growth of the business, including supporting and driving new business development opportunities.

What you’ll be doing :- Leading and contributing to projects from concept through to delivery
- Developing masterplans, landscape strategies, planting plans, and detailed designs
- Preparing drawings and documentation for planning submissions
- Undertaking site analysis and feasibility work
- Collaborating with clients, consultants, and internal teams
- Managing project timelines, budgets, and deliverables
- Selecting appropriate materials and sustainable design solutions
- Supporting and driving new business development opportunities, including building client relationships and contributing to bids and proposals
- Keeping up-to-date with industry trends, policy, and best practice
- Degree qualified in Landscape Architecture (Bachelor’s or Master’s)
- A few years’ professional experience in a similar role
- Strong creative and technical design skills
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
- A passion for high-quality, sustainable placemaking
- An interest in contributing to business growth and development
