CBP Architects (part of Darling Associates Architects) is seeking a talented technical Architect or Technologist to join the team in Nottingham. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years’ experience, strong Revit skills, and an in-depth understanding of UK Building Regulations. Experience working on higher-risk buildings would be an advantage.
You will work on medium- to large-scale projects and will be responsible for ensuring compliance and coordinating with clients, consultants, and contractors.
Requirements- Proficient in Revit and AutoCAD
- Excellent technical competence and detailing ability
- Strong knowledge of UK Building Regulations
- Good knowledge and experience in NBS specification writing (CAWS/Uniclass)
- Experience with HRB’s an advantage
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Hybrid working options
