EAL Academic Coach

The Trust is seeking a self-motivated and passionate candidate who can fulfil the role of EAL Academic Coach at Archway Learning Trust.

As an EAL Academic Coach, you will be expected to work with students within the Academy who are learning English as an additional language in order to:

• Improve the quality of learning and foster the participation of students in the social and academic processes of the Academy;
• Seek to enable students to become more independent learners;
• Help raise the standards of achievement

The successful candidate will be committed to the students and academy life and will possess the ability to communicate effectively and be able to raise the standards of learning for all of the students that they are required to work with.
