Lead Fencing Coach at Nottingham Trent University.

£30 per hour, zero hours contract.

About the Role

We’re looking for a passionate and organised fencing coach to join our team—working alongside another Lead Coach to plan and deliver an engaging year‑round programme for the NTU Fencing Club. In this role, you’ll co‑lead group training, support individual development, and help our student‑athletes reach their full potential—whether they’re beginners or BUCS competitors.

Responsibilities
  • Co‑lead group training sessions.
  • Support individual development plans.
  • Plan and deliver high‑quality coaching sessions.
  • Build a positive, inclusive, high‑performing environment.
  • Work collaboratively to raise standards within the club.
Qualifications
  • Level 2 coaching qualification (or equivalent).
  • Experience planning and delivering quality fencing sessions.
  • Confidence in leading others and working as part of a coaching team.
  • Experience in student sport or performance pathways is a bonus.
Schedule & Other Details

Term‑time schedule (subject to change):
Tuesdays 20:00 – 22:00.

Interviews: week commencing 14th January 2026.
