Salary Grade D Points 06 to 08 (£25,989 to £26,824 Full Time Equivalent) subject to pro rata. The minimum actual pro rata salary per annum for this job starts at £18,204.86.

Your new role

As a Teaching Assistant Level 2, you will work under the instruction and guidance of teaching and senior staff to undertake work, care and support programmes to enable access to learning for pupils and to assist the teacher in the management of pupils and the classroom.

Results

With a consistent record of high academic attainment, Carlton le Willows remains one of the top performing schools in the area. In summer 2024, 80% of students achieved a Grade 5 or above in English, with 63% of students achieving a Grade 5 or above in Maths. With an overall Progress score of +0.51 and 60% of students achieving Grade 5 or above in both English and Maths we are placed well above similar schools nationally.

A-level students in our high performing sixth form also celebrated strong results with 90% of the cohort securing a place at their first choice university, retaining our reputation for academic excellence post‑16.
